Dear All, Thank you for your continued hard work. Please be informed that we have implemented the Prisma Remote Network on our firewall, which provides a direct and secure network connection with HQ. This new setup offers the following benefits: Secure and reliable connectivity Faster network performance No need to connect to the GlobalProtect application while on the office network Accordingly, when you are connected to the Matarbari office network, laptops and desktops should not connect to GlobalProtect. Please note: This facility is applicable only for POC‑Management and PTJV‑Staff Wi‑Fi. POC‑provided iPhones and iPads must connect to the Guest Wi‑Fi. Connecting to any other network may result in messages such as “Privacy & Security Alert” or HTTPS certificate errors. TOA Management Wi‑Fi remains unchanged.
